Clinical trials are research studies that evaluate a new medical approach, device, drug, or other treatment. As a Stanford Health Care patient, you may have access to the latest, advanced clinical trials.
Open trials refer to studies currently accepting participants. Closed trials are not currently enrolling, but may open in the future.

PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Prior to scheduling an appointment, fax the following to 650-498-7452:
- Registration form
- Recent labs (including but not limited to serum free light chains, SPEP, UPEP)
- Pathology reports from all biopsies related to the amyloid diagnosis
- Recent clinical notes from any doctor involved with the amyloid diagnosis
- Echocardiogram report (if applicable)
