Recruitment Information
The following events are planned for the PGY2 Oncology program:
Stanford Health Care open House (virtual informational session and Q&A. Dates: October 19th and November 17th)
PPS-like interviews (virtual meetings with individual candidates, structured similarly to Personnel Placement Service. Dates TBD for November/December. Please email pgy2hemeonc@stanfordhealthcare.org for more information and sign-up instructions)
ASHP Midyear Residency Showcase (please visit the Stanford Health Care booth)
Application Process
Interested applicants must complete ALL of the following:
1. Enrollment in the ASHP Residency Match Program
2. Submit the following required documents through PhORCAS:
- ASHP Residency Code 92011
- NMS Program Code 6210
- Personal statement outlining career goals, areas of interest, and reasons for applying to the residency program at Stanford Health Care
- Curriculum Vitae
- Official School of Pharmacy transcript of records sent directly from the school
- Three letters of recommendation submitted directly by the recommender
3. Complete the Stanford Health Care online application process:
- Access https://careers.stanfordhealthcare.org
- Create an account
- Under "Search", enter " R2332067", and click " Search"
- Follow the instructions on the website
- Under the resume section, please attach your Curriculum Vitae
- When finished, click submit
4. For consideration, the online application and all supporting documentation must be received by January 3rd, 2024 at 11:59pm PST. Early submission is encouraged.
On-Site Interview
After all application materials have been reviewed, selected applicants will be contacted for a half-day on-site interview to be conducted in February 2024. The interview will include a 15-minute presentation on an oncology topic.
