Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is in-network for hospital services. Your assigned medical group (John Muir, Hill Physicians, Sequoia Physicians, SCCIPA, or PMG- Santa Cruz) must refer and authorize all services provided by Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley.
