Health Needs Addressed: Access & Delivery to Health Care, Behavioral Health

Through improved clinic efficiency and capacity achieved by a full-time clinic administrator and grant writer, the program provides health care services to some of Santa Clara County’s most vulnerable populations. These populations, including the unhoused, low-income, and medically disadvantaged, benefit from free clinic services, as well as community outreach events involving community outreach specialists who can connect clients with community resources that advance not only their health but also their livelihood by meeting basic needs.
