UPS with Handling Fee
This UPS shipping method is based off the Opencart UPS shipping method.
It allows for the addition of a handling fee to the UPS shipping rate. The shipping price displayed does not show the additional handling fee.
Handling fee can be a flat rate(eg. $5.50) or a percentage (eg. 20%).
