All you have to do for regular (scheduled) import is set the CRON jobs on your server, which will then run import with its current settings on regular basis.

It is your full responsibility to contact the product owners and ask how much products they offer for drop-ship and how much media files are included, after that you can decide how much space and what server will be enough for you.
