The Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is a shared service between Stanford Health Care and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. OEM is responsible for disaster mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery programs to ensure that the highest level of quality care and service to our patients is maintained during any type of disaster.

A number of sectors in our communities are preparing as well, including but not limited to, schools, community organizations, and other businesses. Although Stanford University Medical Center can respond to disasters, only you can prepare yourself and your household for emergencies.
