BIOGRAPHY
I was first drawn to physical therapy at a young age while watching the rehabilitation course of a young girl similar in age on the show 20/20. The segment was so impactful that I researched all that I could about physical therapy and decided that this was what I wanted to do prior to graduating high school. I didn’t imagine that the spectrum of the profession would be so massive. Although the roads were many, I decided to focus on Orthopedics, which encompasses the rehabilitation of all systems including the neurological, integumentary, cognitive behavioral and movement systems. Each day I am captivated by the human body and eager to learn more about its function.

BIOGRAPHY
I am a highly motivated physical therapist with over 15 years of experience in sports medicine and orthopedic conditions. My interest in physical therapy was inspired by my participation in athletics and observing the need and desire for injured athletes to return to their best and most functional capacity. My passion in this field has also evolved over the years to include treatment of oncology patients after watching friends and family members battle cancer. My areas of clinical focus include knee and shoulder rehab (surgical and non-surgical conditions), post-mastectomy procedures, post-surgical head/neck cancer, cervical spine, the foot and ankle, and the running athlete. My treatment approach is an eclectic, very individualized combination of manual therapy, exercise, and therapeutic activities with focus to return a patient to their maximal functional level.
