Purpose
Research Implementation, Culture, & Equity is a sub-division of the Health Equity Division within the ORPCS, Department of Health Equity and Research. They collaborate between the Stanford enterprise to build community by engaging in research driven programs for the pursuit of improved health, well being, equity, and sustainability.
Vision
The Culture & Equity Program will provide equitable and culturally-competent support and implement, community-centered solutions upstream of conditions often addressed in clinical trials and care delivery – including clinical and non-clinical front-line staff
Mission
Promote evidence-based research to increase accountability, accessibility, integrity, and equitable indicators at Stanford Health Care and partner with community-based organizations actively working to eliminate inequities in health care
