Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Supervisors
Magdalena (Maggie) Seyer, PharmD, BCPS (Supervisor, Hematology/Oncology Outpatient Pharmacy Services) received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco. She completed PGY-1 residency at Stanford Health Care in June 2007. After residency, she accepted a position at SHC as an inpatient clinical pharmacist covering hematology/oncology, medicine, emergency department and anticoagulation clinic. In 2014, she transitioned to the outpatient setting working as a clinical pharmacist in the Cancer Center. Her current role as a manager is to oversee the clinical practice and workflows of the SHC’s outpatient oncology/hematology areas. Professional interests include hematology and Beacon validation.
Nikki Uyehara, PharmD, CDCES (Supervisor, Inpatient Hematology/Oncology/BMT) received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Pacific. She completed PGY-1 residency at Kaiser Permanente, San Jose. She has experience in several ambulatory care settings including outpatient oncology/infusion, oral chemotherapy, diabetes and chronic condition management. She then transitioned into administration overseeing outpatient oncology pharmacy services, national oral chemotherapy program development and management, and also served as pharmacist-in-charge. In 2022, she transitioned to Stanford Health Care to oversee the inpatient hematology, oncology and bone marrow transplant pharmacy areas. Professional interests include supporting the advancement of oncology pharmacy practice and patient care.
