Virtual Cancer Caregiver Support Group. This group is designed to provide mutual support to caregivers.

1st and 3rd Thursday of the month
A support group for cancer patients who are Newly Diagnosed and After Treatment Breast Cancer. This group is designed to provide mutual support and education to members who could benefit from meeting with others whose situations are similar to their own.

2nd and 4th Thursday of the month
This educational and support program is designed for people with cancer and their loved ones. Participants learn how to manage their health to keep active and improve their lives.

Join other new moms in a virtual open discussion about infant changes/needs, breastfeeding, sleeping habits and many other topics. Facilitated by a lactation consultant.

Stroke Support Group for Stroke Survivors ONLY meets on the second Monday of each month from 2-3 PM. Most meetings are via Zoom, but the group meets in person quarterly. The meetings are facilitated by Janis Emery, RN and will be dedicated to open discussion between survivors.
We’d love for you to be part of this group and help us build it as we go. We aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.

Resilient Hearts Stroke Support Group meets on the last Monday of each month from 2-3 PM via Zoom. The forum is open to stroke survivors, family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Dr. Hannah Kirsch - Stanford Neurologist, frequently guides the group through narrative medicine and rich discussion. Guest speakers intermittently present on topics related to stroke recovery.
