Visiting Hours and Information
Visiting hours on most units are 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., though there are some exceptions depending on patient needs and treatment schedules. To confirm visiting hours for a specific patient, call 650-723-4000. You will need to know the patient's full name when you call for the operator to release information.
Elevator Modernization at 200 Pasteur Drive Visitor Parking Garage
There is limited elevator service currently available at the Pasteur visitor parking garage due to planned upgrades. Please allow extra time to get to your appointment or hospital visit. Golf cart service will be available to patients and visitors between 6:00 am – 10:00 pm when the elevators are not in service.
Visiting and gift restrictions
Gifts
- Only Mylar balloons may be brought into the hospital because of the risk of latex allergies.
- If you wish to bring food to a patient, please check with the nurse on the patient's unit as dietary restrictions may apply.
Gift Shop
We are located on the first floor in the Main Hospital, between the cafeteria and the escalators.
