This extensions allows you to see the number of orders and totals from each country and country zone.
built-in filters: startdate, enddate and order status

Developed with OC 2.0.2.0 and tested with up to OC 2.1.0.2) - I currently lack the time to maintain/support this extension further but it's open source and everyone is welcome to fork/improve it.

Labels are English language only.
