Delivery failure notifications mentioning "DMARC policy" in your hosting account's default mailbox are a symptom of this issue.

With this extension, emails will be sent as "From" the store admin email address, ensuring they reach your inbox safe and sound.
The enquirer's email address is included in the email's "Reply-to" field, so you can still easily reply to the customer with a click of the Reply button.
