Super Simple Postal Code Shipping Method
To install, upload the contents of the "upload" folder to your server,
Log into Admin and go to Extensions -> Shipping and activate.
To use, simply specify a comma separated list of postal codes you wish to ship too and specify a shipping rate.
This extension is for smaller stores that only ship to a limited number of postal/zip codes nearby.
