In-Room Services
Your Hospital Room
At Stanford, a bedside tablet and remote serve as your digital concierge. You can manage your room’s temperature, adjust your blinds, call a nurse, or stream music, movies or television shows, all from your bedside.
Using the MyHealth Inpatient app on your smart phone or the bedside tablet, you can also order in-room services like massage or pet therapy, learn about your care team, and access test results.
Guest Services
The Guest Services staff is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Representatives serve as advocates for patients and their families, act as friends and guides, and direct patients and families to hospital and community resources, and supportive services like massage, art therapy, music therapy, pet therapy, and more.
You may call Guest Services at 650-498-3333 before, during, or after your hospital stay if you have any questions or concerns about your hospital care.
Accessibility Services
Stanford Health Care offers a variety of assistive technologies and services to support our patients and visitors.
Amplified public telephones and TTY (text telephones) are available near the cafeteria and in the hospital Admitting lobby.
Medical interpreters are available in person, by video conference, or by telephone to translate spoken language or American Sign Language (ASL).
