Stanford Health Care Food Services Department donates surplus food to people in the community via our partnership with Copia, an organization that helps businesses redistribute high-quality excess.
Loaves & Fishes
Stanford Medicine Children’s Health Food Services donates surplus food to Loaves & Fishes, which feeds hungry and homeless families, children, seniors, veterans, students, and disabled individuals throughout our Bay Area community.
Key Green Solutions
Stanford Health Care and Stanford Medicine Children’s Health sustainability data and metrics are managed via our partner, Key Green Solutions, a sustainability data management software solution for hospitals and health care organizations.
VIDA
Stanford Health Care and Stanford Medicine Children’s Health donate surplus medical supplies and equipment to VIDA, an international development organization that uses its resources to assist and develop medical relief projects designed to help people begin to help themselves.
Stanford University Office of Sustainability
The Office of Sustainability serves as a convener to help set, communicate, track, and achieve university goals and targets, as well as drive behavior change through high-impact programs and education. The office also stewards the Sustainable Stanford brand by facilitating connections, amplifying campus partners' success stories and initiatives, and advancing living lab strategies.
