Leadership & Operations

Purpose 

Leadership and Operations function oversees to the Office of Research Patient Care Services, Department of Health Equity and Research, under the executive leadership of Dr. Michelle Y. Williams. They are committed to integrating, expanding, and delivering health equity and patient care research at Stanford Health Care (SHC) to meet the diverse and unique needs of our patients, families, staff, and communities. We offer research study support and consultation from start to finish to interdisciplinary professionals across the care continuum. To fulfill our commitment, we will focus on the following goal: to advance health equity for all persons and communities (including minoritized, diverse abilities, sexual orientation, gender identity, women, and other marginalized populations) by improving research access, clinical practice, and patient outcomes throughout the care experience.
